Everlast double mouthguard how do i make it to fit perfectly?
i tried molding it but wheni wear it it doesent fit perfectly do i suppose to trim it?
ask your dentist next time you visit them. I would hate to give you bad advice without seeing it and then have you get your teeth kung-fu'd out. Generally, mouthguards work by 1) not letting your teeth get smacked together if you get hit under the chin and 2) by cushioning the direct side or frontal blow (a fist hitting rubber is a little better than a fist hitting teeth). I would keep those things in mind with your modifications. Most dentists can fabricate really sweet, custom mouthguards for around $100. Our office does them in multiple colors depending on the patient's desires.
