How good is Greg Jacksons submission wrestling ?

How good is his grappling style in MMA against a wrestler or a jit ?
if i wanted a good ground game in mma should i do BJJ or wrestling, or should i do Jacksons Gaidojutsu ?

Yeah, good luck with that...

My understanding, from reading his books and following his fighters, is that Gaidojutsu combines elements of Western wrestling, BJJ, and Judo for its grappling side of things. Martial arts like boxing, kickboxing, and Kempo make up the striking side of the system.

In absolute terms, none of those systems are "better". Wrestling will emphasize takedowns but not have any submissions, BJJ will emphasize ground work but takedowns are usually secondary, and from the looks of it, Gaidojutsu will have a bit of a balance, meaning that it won't be as in-depth on the ground as a typical BJJ class or on the feet as a typical wrestling training session.

A good instructor in this case is more important than the "style".

Considering the number of high-level competitors that train at Jackson's, many of whom have BJJ black belts as well as Collegiate wrestling credentials, training at Jackson's for MMA would be a great idea. If I lived in the area, that's what I would do.
