How to be agile like those dudes on Ninja Warrior?

Okay, firstly, how do i become acrobatic and strong like those japanese dudes on the show Ninja Warrior (or Saske), like with the flips and high jumps and stuff.

Also, (and this is for martial artists)how can i make my legs snap and stretch correctly when i kick? I have been stretching everyday for like 3 days, but my leg still can't go higher than a foot without bending up like a straw. How do guys get their legs straight like that?

Those ppl on Ninja Warrior probably train on their own courses at home (most do), but some probably took gymnastics. Flips and high jumps aren't that important in martial arts as they are in gymnastics. If you want to become an acrobat, take some classes (as said before, martial arts have nothing to do with this).

3 days is not enough stretching to compare to months or years of stretching that help with kicking high. You can't expect yourself to be able to kick over your head after doing stretching exercises for only three days. It took me at least a year to be able to do the axe kick (kick above the head) correctly, after taking tae kwon do during that time. I had to do splits and stuff to help stretch my leg muscles. Not just touching my toes. You have to increase your leg flexibility to do those kicks. Also, for this kick, you have to bring your leg up as quickly as possible, and then bring it down quickly.
